FORMING SKILLS AUTONOMOUS TRAINING FOR STUDENTS OF THE FOREIGN LANGUAGE FACULTY OF PEDAGOGICAL UNIVERSITY
Abstracts

Introduction. The article is devoted to the consideration of the concept of "autonomous learning" in the works of domestic and foreign researchers. Particular attention is paid to the study of the problem of developing the skills of educational autonomy among students of the faculty of foreign languages. The purpose of the article is to describe the process of forming the skills of autonomous learning from students in teaching a foreign language, to theoretically substantiate and show its effectiveness in the process of experimental work.

Pedagogical science

Materials and methods. The main research methods are the analysis of the scientific literature on the problem in the works of domestic and foreign scientists, regulatory and legislative acts of the Russian Federation on higher professional education; method of pedagogical project, diagnostic methods, including observation, questioning, testing, data processing methods.

Results. It is emphasized that the development of skills for autonomous teaching of students of the Faculty of Foreign Languages will be effective if we design the process of autonomous teaching of students in teaching foreign language and if the process of developing the skills of autonomous teaching of students is implemented in the following stages: preparation, training, practice, self-assessment.

Discussion. It is emphasized that the formation of skills of autonomous learning from students of the faculty of foreign languages will be effective if a model is developed to develop the skills of autonomous learning from students in teaching a foreign language; if pedagogical conditions of functioning of the proposed model of the formation of autonomous learning skills among students of the faculty of foreign languages will be determined, scientifically substantiated and implemented when teaching a foreign language.

Conclusion. Conclusion the pedagogical experiment showed that in the experimental group, where the formative experiment was conducted, significant qualitative changes were noted, in contrast to the control group, in which the experiment was not conducted.
